Even if Bushrod isn't much of an upgrade I'd still see him as our LT instead of this clown. Is like he is not even trying to become good at the game.. I'm gonna run naked on the field of Soldier Field, if he makes the ProBowl at some point.

maybe someone can enlighten me since I'm not real up on drug charges, but it lists a controlled substance AND pot, right? Or is pot considered a controlled substance?

There isn't a day that goes by that he doesn't continue to show just how little common sense he has. He's just kind of careless about a lot of stuff and not too awfully bright.
I was in college once. Actually twice - BS and MS (Bull S... and then More S...) But I didn't have multi-million dollar job potential. If I did, I would have kept my nose clean. It's not that hard. I guess some people are just too dumb or just don't give a crap. Either way, just when I was starting to think we might be up to poor to middling with this guy (up from horrible to bad), he does this. I retract all my previous arguments in his favor. Cut the bum for stupidity or attitude. Take your pick.

It's not whether it should be legal or not, it's the fact that it IS illegal, and he got caught. It shows a lack of character, a lack of judgment, a lack of common sense. It's the same problems he has on the field. He hasn't learned, or he won't. Either way, cut him.

Nah, this is no deal breaker. He's far from being the only Bears player smoking some weed in the offseason. He's just the one who got caught. He'll probably have a little meeting with Goodell that he'll need to attend and the team gets to scold him but I don't see much happening besides that.
JT Thomas got nailed two years ago and it amounted to almost nothing. I'd rate a DUI as being worse than this. If this had happened in Colorado he wouldn't even have gotten pinched but I don't know how Illinois deals with it.
It's pretty much time to just accept that having a small amount of weed for personal use is just not that big a deal. The masses have been smoking the stuff with regularity for over 40 years now and I don't know of one person who ever became a heroin junkie because of it.
Isn't it about time we put "Reefer Madness" away for good? 
I'm getting to that age where a lifetime warranty just doesn't mean as much to me anymore as an afternoon nap.
