    My guess is they will cut and restructure people when they have to and not before that.

    If Levitre agrees to sign Sunday I think we will see a Tillman extension Monday to clear the space.

    @ESPNChiBears: Collins had a very good preseason for the #Bears and appeared in 9 games. Maybe money is the reason. RFA low tender is $1.32 million.
