My guess is they will cut and restructure people when they have to and not before that.
If Levitre agrees to sign Sunday I think we will see a Tillman extension Monday to clear the space.

They have enough under the cap right now, depending upon how they structure the first year.

Love that they were able to keep Allen. He's a legit change of pace back for the Bears; and a home run hitter to boot.

I am not a huge fan of this move as he has some talent.
Maybe we are goin with bigger bodies in the middle.

@ESPNChiBears: Collins had a very good preseason for the #Bears and appeared in 9 games. Maybe money is the reason. RFA low tender is $1.32 million.
