With two new tackles would we trash both Webb and Carimi, or move them to G? FWIW, I doubt seriously we would sign two OTs. Either an LT (Long or Bushrod) or an RT (Loadholt) is more realistic. Obviously, I want Long by far but any of them would be a huge upgrade to the OT corps. We can draft a starting quality OG and maybe even a C too but we cannot draft a starting LT. I can understand why Emery would see FA as his best shot to improve our OT roster. It's bye-bye to Scott is we land one of these guys, count on it.

My ideal would be to sign Long as our major acquisition and add BMoore as a much cheaper but still high quality vet to cover RG while LL recovers. Webb and Carimi become RT/swing. Draft Cooper for LG and +/- a C. Garza on the bubble for a final roster spot in that scenario. Wouldn't bother me to lose his $2 million cap hit either.

yeah. I agree. The rumors that we have heard have been more about T's but if signed 2, I would be surprised. But I like surprises
