Great topic, can't believe that Davis isn't cut already. Hope that Emery will do it in the next days, because with that we could sign a solid one or I think that even Evan Rodriguez is better.
To Hester: Trade him. I like him and he is (or was?) a great return man, but you can get returners in the sixth or seventh round, too. But I think he has some value, so trade him for a 6th or 7th rounder.
I wouldn't cut Bennett, he has some potential, Spaeth meanwhile is a great blocker. Campbell is a FA - hopefully they don't resign him, he's just too expensive. With Garza VJ18 is right, cut him and draft a guy like Frederick from Wisconsin.
To Peppers: Please not! Of course he will earn a monstrous amount of money this year (and also the next two) but he's an elite DE. So keep him.

Davis should have been cut mid-season last year IMO...

Hester may have had his chances but with what and who? Poor offensive minded coaches trying to make him play the #1/2 position for how many years lol He's not a #1 or a #2...I hope they keep him as long as Trestman doesn't get the thought that Hester can do end arounds and be successful. Get Hester in some real mismatches and TEACH him how to be successful in the slot. And if they can't do that then like said, trade him before you cut him. He does have value just from his name alone. Might not be much value but it's there, unlike Davis lol

He was used, misused and abused by Lovie and his merry men. He needs to focus on being a return man ONLY. Then we'll see if he's worth keeping around. I'd give him a year as a return man to make sure.
