I don't really know much about Bennett, other than the idea that he is a jackass who only tried last year to stick it to the Cowboys. If that's the case, hopefully he still has a chip on his shoulder and really wants to show Dallas what they are missing.

Martellus Bennett @JoeGryffindor
I'm proud to say I'll be joining my other brother @bmarshall next season. #BEARDOWN

puke.
this guy was a real flake for Dallas. Was always more interested in his music career or his internet stuff before they finally cut him. He showed up big in NY but was that to ensure he got a new NFL contract or did he finally figure out how to play.
I'm not happy w/this one, but I hope he has turned it around for the Bears sake.
Also BU is offically a FA, and Dallas seems interested in him.

I think one of the plus sides with Bennett (if he plays up to par and if we sign him) is that he gives us the freedom to lose Spaeth as well as Davis. Cook was more of a receiving TE but Bennett, from what I've heard, is a good blocker as well. So perhaps it's two birds with one stone?
