    Is this a they signed our NB so we're gonna sign there's kinda' thing? So far it's only an offer so we don't know if he's taking it or not but if he moves from a starting CB to a #3 and a NB does he get demoted to just a Second Lieutenant?

    Just asking.
    I'm getting to that age where a lifetime warranty just doesn't mean as much to me anymore as an afternoon nap.
