I'll get McClennins name right when he starts performing like McClellin.

The last MLB we got was a safety from New Mexico. That worked out Ok and he's still around.

What I am meaning about F.A. and the draft is we better put OL at priority # 1 or theres more Cutler staring at sky.

We DID spend 8 picks on safetys that only a few have panned out. Wright / Conte

If our "defense" minded GM & HC of the former regime had gotten that right instead of chasing it year after year,

God only knows how many OL we could have gotten in the draft.

Can we go after TE or whatever needs we need in F.A. or the draft? Of course that stands to reason ... BUT ...

OL has to be the #1 aspect we are looking at, if I'm Jcut and I dont see a change ...

then I want OUT of Chicago because these dudes are going to get me killed.

Watching Jason Campbell get thrown to the wolves at Frisco behind that "OL" was one of the most shameful things I

have ever seen as a BEARS fan. We have to do better at OL ... which isnt a big strech of the imagination.

5th or 6th against the run.

TWO of the Secondary went to the PRO BOWL

Urlacher is still here and McCellen looks like the odds on favorite to take over MLB

There is your BEARS Defense

Lets look at our OFFENSE :

Cutler a human pinata ... Jason Campbell a punching bag

Forte & Bush non factors last season

Marshall and Cutler carried the offense ... ONE Dimensional

People keep getting hurt and where is the blame?

What every talking head on any channel whether radio or TV knows ...

and they know this in any TV market that even halfway pays attention to our beloved BEARS ...

and you know this and we all know this ... what has everybody on this board ,

Those defensive players you get will spend all of their time on the field because there was no offense gained to keep them off the field.

There are CHICAGO BEARS players on this team ... that wernt even BORN when the last time the CHICAGO BEARS won a SuperBowl.

How does drafting or getting TWO OL and a TE in F.A. or the Draft sound for starters?

The trenches ... BUILD EM ! TE counts for building the trench.

Assume you're Emery for a moment and constructing your draft board. Lets leave out the completely unrealistic guys like Joeckel and Fisher. What would be your realistic board to select from straight up at #20? I'd say...
