Damn, I know this stuff, too. There is no validity in copyright because there is no lawful contract. But, that's a door for discussion. It should be covered in the UCC, the highest authority. This is something to look into sometime.

Threats are just that. I'll link, anyway, and host torrents that anyone could get. Those can't be touched. hmm... alright. Thanks.

While we are aware that ultimately, we can't get hurt by a lawsuit, we are also aware that the NFL has enough clout, money, lawyers and general media wherewithall to get us temporarily shut down until the matter is resolved. The legal system, as you know, is far from expeditious, and this shut down would last months if not years, effectively putting us out of business.
