    LB's 2012 Fantasy Team

Alright fellas, I just drafted my team for the upcoming season. What do you think?

    QB: Matt Ryan, Jay Cutler

RB: Arian Foster, Matt Forte, Peyton Hillis, Michael Bush, C.J. Spiller

WR: Brandon Marshall, Dwayne Bowe, Miles Austin, Kenny Britt, Laurent Robinson

    TE: Aaron Hernandez

    K: Robbie Gould

    Def: Lions

p.s.: I already proposed to trade Lions D for Bears D. Hope it's gonna work. ;-)

I think you have a good team!

I also think that you should sign up for our league too!

Not a fan of Matt Ryan, but both are solid qb's.

RB's are great, smart going RB early, it's not near as deep as it's claimed it is.

    WR nice decent wr's.

TE, shakey A Hernandez will be left in the cold in some games b/c of the gameplan. He'll still be solid most games.

D love it. I would not trade the Lions D for the Bears. Don't know if Urlacher is going to play, let alone play well.

I already considered joining your league. Unfortunately I'm not a big fan of autopick drafts. Is there a chance you could change that?

Not too likely.... hard meshing up schedules that meet everyone's needs.

Yeah, Ryan was not my first choice but there weren't many QBs left in the third round. You sure Detroit's D is going to be stronger than ours this year? I'm aware that we have many injury issues right now but I think we do have a more balanced defense than Detroit. I mean our dline is as strong as theirs and our linebackers are better imo. Secondary might be a problem though.

Well, maybe the other guy won't accept the deal anyway.

our DL is not better then theirs are you on crack? Their DL is far better then ours, and that will create more sacks. Their 2ndry isn't as good, but our's is hardly looking great, and w/out urlacher putting people in position it's going to be worse.

For Defense I would choose something else instead of Lions. 49ers, bears, texans so many others... I don't think Lions have a good defense this season....

I didn't say that our dline is better. I said it's as good as theirs. Suh and Co. look scary simply because they play dirty and love roughing the passer. Peppers is not worse than Suh and Izzy can definitely keep up with Nick Fairley, don't you think?
Even with Urlacher injured we still have better linebackers than Detroit. Briggs, Roach, Hayes > Tulloch, Durant, Hogue.

The only thing I am really worried about is our secondary. Hardin, Conte and Wright are all injury prone and some of our cornerbacks are undersized. :-(

@ groenator: The only defenses left are Seahawks, Bengals, Cowboys, Bills, Chargers, Falcons... If I wanted Texans or 49ers I'd still have to try and trade.

Lil, our D averaged about the same points more per game D got 2 less fumbles, 8 less sacks and 1 less int. And our D is regressing b/c of injuries to the S and Urlacher. Their D is better then ours, and it has nothing to do w/dirty play.
