Opening Day at Cleveland. Sox kickin' ass 14-4 middle of the 7th. Burhle goes 6 innings, 4 runs, on 8 hits. Dunn 2-4 so far w/homer and double.

Ohman comes in in relief, steps on his dick, gives up three run homer, now 14-7. Will these guys ever get a decent bullpen?

Yep 15-10 kind of ugly from a relief pitching standpoint but a win is a win.

Sox win again 8-3 as Jackson shows his stuff; 6.0IP, 5 hits, 3 runs, 7ks. Sale and Santos seal it in relief.

I'm lookin' forward to seeing what he can do in relief. Other than Peavey's arm that's the area that gives me the most concern. Can these guys shut down the bad guys when we get a lead goin' into the 7th? Is Thornton closing this year?

I think Thornton is the closer this year, but it looks like Ozzie wants to get Sale and Santos some experience first.

I'm really worried about Peavy's health right now. looks like it could be a problem for the Sox.
