And just as you said, those two jump shots he missed in regulation in the final minute were crucial and had to be made. If he makes those two, we win last night and go back home to Chicago with a 2-2 tie in the series. Instead, we are down 3-1, and our best player is being held in check with relative ease.
Rose needs his "scottie pippen" ... noah like horace grant back in the day( though grant a better scorer) and have deng .. but missing that #2 option that free's up space and takes the scoring burden away.. and korver is no paxson or kerr in the playoff's unfort : )
becuase no 2nd option, they can glog the lanes late and really affects Rose, because d not fear anyone else.wish they had gotten carmelo, that would have been the sweet 2nd option an glady have given up boozer and another fo it, just no sure denver wanted then

I would like for the Bulls to look into getting Dwight Howard. He would be the key piece to that puzzle that we lack so much. Ric said that he thinks we would have to give up Luol Deng along with Carlos Boozer to get him. I would personally like to give up a draft pick go along with Boozer to Orlando in order to be able to acquire Howard. The thing that worries me, though, is that the Lakers are always lurking behind in the shadows. They always have a good team, but I would think that the appeal of playing on a team that is one player away from winning a championship (the Bulls) would be enticing to a guy like Howard.

If the Bulls win game five, they will win the series. Miami will be in a must win in game 6, and will have all the pressure on them. They don't want a game seven in Chicago.

It could happen, but it's not likely. It's rare for teams to fight back from being down 3-1 in a best of seven series. I'm pulling for the Bulls all the way, but I'm not really confident that they will win.

It's happened eight times that a team has fought back down 3-1 to win the series.

Well, you know that I'll be watching the game tonight and rooting hard. It's still not easy to do that, however.

Not easy at all, just a feeling I have.

The Bulls are going to have to get more people to step up and make some plays on the basket. More to the point, we need our bench players to step up and quit playing like a bunch of candy asses. It's sad when Ronnie Brewer, a player not known for being an outstanding shooter, leads all bench scorers with 7 points in Game 4.

That's it. Season's over. The fourth quarter was a complete disaster. Jesus Christ!

That's about all that needs to be said.
It was a hell of a good season though; I was not thinking ECF's when the season started. We just ran into a jugernaught at the end.
I personally don't think CA would have helped. He and Rose need the ball in their hands to make things happen; and he plays less D then Rose does. that would have made our front court D horrible. We need a dribble penetration option at the forward position. A better shooting/defending guard, and we would be fine. Boozer is only a mistake b/c he'd rather be a jump shooter then a driver.
There is no way the Magic are going to take Noah and the 3rd or 4th to last, first round pick....the NBA draft has no depth or special players after the first 5-10 draft picks, you get to the tail end of te first round and there is really nothing special.
