Another vet signing in Andrew Brunette. He's very savvy in front of the net, so he fills another need for our F group, but we still need a 4th C and a true top 6'er.

I would hope that a first rounder pans out to a 2nd line winger. We'll see in a few years.
What should you call any : Fumble , Hold , Interception , Three and out , or Sack ?
A " F.H.I.T.S " ? or a J'Marcus ?

We also signed Carcillo. Not a fan at all.

You may become one if he reigns it in a little and fights when it makes sense. He's something this team needs a little more of. Don't care about any of his past all i want to see is effectiveness here.

He's a poor skating dumbass who takes a ton of stupid penalties and is poor on the PK. Not what I like to see in a fourth liner.

Who is better, him or Scott?

Carcillo by a mile, but that's a bit like asking who's better between the 53rd man on the Bears roster Vs a practice squader. Just because one fringe player is better doesn't mean he's any good for the team. He's not a completely awful guy in the energy/checking agitator role, but as I said I want those guys to be able to kill penalties (which he sucks at) and taking retarded penalties down there is a big no-no.

He may be a dumbass but we need someone else on this team that can dish out hits and retaliate hits on the other teams top players. I wish we had Ladd back on the team becasue he was huge on dishing out hits and he was an offensive threat also.

Think we missed Ladd more this year than many would admit. We need to be adding guys who are more physical for next year even if the have a few bad habits. If we could have taken it too Vancouver the way Boston did we may not have lost.

One of my friends said they heard ESPN 1000 reporting that a major member of the Hawks is on his way out of town.
Just listened to the update, and they didn't mention anything. Anyone else hear this?
