However, what the Kings have done is incredible and I dont see the Kings blowing such a lead they have made for themselves. I dont think anyone would have expected the Devils to go quitely in 4. I think the Devils take this one tonight as well and the Kings close it out at home
Interesting...been a huge Flames fan for years. Clowns broke my heart when they lost in the finals just a few short years ago. The Devils are taking this Cup back to Jersey. We're about to witness history in this one.

Well well well there you go, who did see that comming. At the end of the day I still think LA will take it.

The Kings need game 6. Otherwise, I don't like the odds of beating Brodeur at home in a 7th game of the Stanley Cup Finals.
Go!! Kings!! Go!!

The Flames are the team that essentially attracted me to cheering for the Bears believe it or not. I think it may be my glutton for misery and pain, but im not entirely sure... Losing the Stanley cup was the most gut wrenching experience of my lifetime it would be just fitting that I had to lose a superbowl just 3 years later as well.
I didnt think that New Jersey had it in them, but you're right... this one just stinks of upset and I would LOVE to see it happen. If Darryl cant win it with Calgary I sure as hell dont want to see him win it with the Kings, as unfair as it sounds.

Congrats to the Kings. Was a disappointing game though to end on however with some reffing controversy.
However, The Kings were relentless this playoffs and there is no denying that they didnt deserve this cup.
And I was wrong, watching Darryl Sutter lift that cup was special, even if it was for the wrong team

That was so cool seeing the LA Kings hoist the Stanley Cup. Now I have to get tickets to opening night for the Kings at Staples Center to witness the banner being raised.

Frankly, I don't understand the thinking around here sometimes but I am glad you enjoyed seeing Sutter raise the Cup tonight. He earned it. The team earned it. And it is ALWAYS special watching the Cup make its rounds on the ice no matter who wins.

I hope for the best for you and the Hawks but this King squad are talented and young. I hope they are competitive for a few more seasons at least.
