Thread: Do the Bears deserve to make the playoffs?

Ok we won't know until tomorrow, but this can be discussed for some time..

I'm not sure they deserve to make it. Yeah if you total all the quarters they played solid, and were actually ahead this season then they should make it.

Since the only thing that counts is pure wins, do you think they should make it? Especially since we seem to be out classed....

If they win and the vikings don't then yes. Does the cardinals or broncos/chargers deserve to be in the playoffs since they play in the worst 2 divisions in football. One or two teams may end up 8-8 and make the playoffs.

I think for a long time the NFC North has been pretty weak. Usually it's a race between two teams at the most...

Some divisions have been pretty solid.

I'm just not sure we deserve to be in the post season. I want to be but I also don't want to watch the Bears get destroyed!

I think they need a real change of scheme to win past the first game. So far I haven't seen anything of the sort..

I think that we shouldn't make the playoffs. Poor performance on our defense and offense make it very unlikely that we will. They don't seem to have any heart in the game anymore.

I'm with Ski on this one. I'd hate to see them make it to the playoffs only to be beaten all over the field.

I agree. I dont think they deserve it. They blew games they should have won. I dont think I want to see them back their way into the playoffs only to have their asses handed to them in the first round....


though, in the first round we could get Tampa or Dallas at the 6 seed..... if it is Tampa we could prove that we should have won that game the first time. If we win that game, we could show Atlanta or Carolina that we should have won that game the first time as well..


Ironically, if Tampa does win the 6 seed, and if we beat them, then both "rematches" will be exact rematches. Same teams, same stadiums

Does the 8-8 chargers deserve to go to the playoffs. They are killing the broncos right now. The patriots are 11-5 and they are not going yet a team in a shitty division is going by default because they won in their division. That is screwed up.
