    More Heads need to roll

    Why Coach Smith whose reached the playoffs only twice in six years missing the last three still has a job is beyond.Dating back to last year there were too many times where big leads were blown by our so called great defense,where intensity was non existent and where the bears just didn't show up .That is a byproduct of poor coaching and leadership that starts with the head coach.Lovie Smith couldn't inspire wind blow and we all thought Dick Maron was bad.
    But Jerry Angelo is equally at fault incompetant picks in the draft , bad trades poor free agent signings and trading away two first round picks and Kyle Orton for Rex Grossman version 2.0
    Jerry and Lovie need to go . Unfortunaley Mckaskey too cheap
