I think one problem is we're in a pretty tough division. I'm holding out hopes for a Wild Card but I think we have to consider it's likely the Vikings and the Packers will both be in the playoffs. Can we make the playoffs as the 3rd team in our division? I'd like to think we can but realistically it sounds doubtful.
Have you seen the video/movie NFL Chicago Bears: The Complete History? Pretty sweet, and I watched it for free here!

No, I think the Bears will end up as a .500 team.
W/out a corrected OL, and a D that is still incapable of covering the other wr's, this is going to be a long season, 7-9 wins again...little chance of playoffs. If we are going to stink I just hope we start of slow and go down hill from there ending lovie and ja's tenure here.
Worst case scenerio is starting slow ending strong enough to get close to the playoffs but still missing; and b/c of the labor issues they keep both of them for another year.
