Video of Nick Collins throwing mouthguard at fans

    Vid here: http://www.sportsbybrooks.com/video-...ears-fan-29057

You'd think that by now a player in the league for several years would learn to tune out fans in the stadium. He was provoked, but he will also be the one paying the fine....

I would of probably done the same if I were Collins. Coming off a defeat like that, yeah I'd be a little irritated. It doesn't help when you have a rude fan calling you names.

he's a Moron!.. he deserves any punishment they give him, you can't throw things into the stands .. and hell the packer fans taunt and throw things at the bears and vikings bus each year when they come into the stadium and taunt our teams- and I'd be calling any bear player stupid enough to not ignore it the same. hell while a mouthguard isn't going to do damage, if still can be sued and who needs giving a jerk $$$$$?? ask ditka what a wad of gum cost him..lolol

I guess we have to take his word for it that some fan said the N word. But he can't do that and he should be fined.

and not justifying the fan- because if did use a racial ephitat he also deserves whatever punishment he is getting .. but when your name is 'nick coll ins"... and said with a quality southside accent...I can see in the heat of the moment, thinking someone used the "N" word and not nick, when they didn't

Bear fans are 50/50. they are either Great, Curtious, Friendly, or they are down and out POS MF'rs that need to be beaten in the parking lot with industrial sized rape sticks...

I saw a bear fan throw nacho cheese on a 14 year old girl in a Steelers Jersey's last year at the steelers game week3.
I've seen some guys spitting on people, kick over beers, just obnoxious childish crap and I just don't understand it....

Collins had every right to be pissed... and I wish we still lived in a time where he could have crawled up there, beat that brakes off that jerk, and not even so much as get a dirty look from ANYONE...

    but Whatevah I guess...

Oh yeah, most Bear fans are great but it only takes a few idiots to give us a bad rep. If they guy did say the N word he should lose his tickets.

I know that if you have season tickets, and you let your friends use them, your still responsible for their actions...

If I had beat the crap out of that guy at the steelers game, my friend Sado would have lost his season tickets...

So they ARE pretty strict about that stuff.

Some just hope they don't act bad.. others are ticket broker seats, that just a part of their "business", even if lose.. they paid $500- $1,500 for the PSl originally and by now have made 10X that on stub hub or other sites already, so don't think they care
