Rex Grossman kind of reminds me a little bit of Chuck Knoblauch after he became a member of the Yankees back about 10-12 years ago. Knoblauch developed this mental issue where he couldn't throw the baseball over to first base without throwing it wide or over the head of the first baseman. Rex reminds me of that because he couldn't catch a snapped ball from center to save his life. Grossman had other issues, such as not being able to read defenses, impatience in the pocket, and fumbling the ball most of the time when he would get sacked.
