Even if Rodgers doesn't play against us for the finale, that's not gonna be an easy game...

notice how they played man on NE's wr's? Makes it far more difficult on the qb to hit all those passes when the cb's aren't 10 yards off the wr.

I keep beating the drum... Green Bay runs a very similar offense to NE. It's very QB friendly. They spread out the defense and throw a lot of short stuff, then take their shots down field. You can insert another QB and it can continue running like a well oiled machine because they don't rely on a big armed guy to get it done, they just need to be relatively intelligent.

Yeah, it does appear that man is the correct way to beat NE or GB. (good comparison Butka).

Fortunately, we may still yet win the division even with a loss against GB, but lets hope it doesnt come to that.

Win or loss I came away pretty Damn impressed with the way we played the Pats last night, especially with everyone and their dog projecting us to get our doors blown off by then. Flynn played very well against the best team in the NFL in his first ever start. The end debacle is on McCarthy, not Flynn. He should have made sure Flynn had at least two plays to call on the event something like that happened. Had Rodgers played, odds are we win that game.

Wasn't Aaron Rodgers calling some plays, too?

I'm not disagreeing with that in any way. I'm just saying it's pretty scary they can find the guy they need, and make it work.
