OHHH! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you, Chicago Bears D! I needed 20 points, and they scored me 21! I'm still in the hunt for the championship of the menacemanic (non-superfans) league.

I am not worthy of your awesomeness!

I think Favre just got upgraded to dustpan. Game ball to Corey Wootton for that.

Somebody from the NFL needs to explain just how a player who was listed as "OUT", not "QUESTIONABLE, on Saturday can actually be allowed to then be rated as a game time decision on game day. What's the use of posting injury status if you allow this? Wasn't the reason that the NFL required accurate injury reporting beginning several years ago is that certain coaches had a bad habit of putting out misinformation in order to gain a strategic advantage?

Or is the only reason that this was allowed is that it was a Monday night game and their precious poster child for career longevity decided not to text photos of his junk that night and get off his injured old ass to play. Jeezus but I hate the complete hypocrisy on the NFL brain trust. It serves them right that it was Favre who injured his head on that frozen field that no one outside of them and the Viking felt they should have used.

Heaven forbid I defend the Vikes, but I understand their desire to play in their home city and not 500+ miles away in DET or Indy…and in hindsight the field was fine…a head slam into the ground is a head slam into the ground, frozen or not changes little…personally, I hope the move the Vikes to an outdoor stadium (and stay in MIN)…I think it would be awesome…good for their team, good for their fans, good for the division…Domes are for pussies; everyone knows that….
