I think I prefer seeing him laying on the ground vs throwing an INT unless it is playoff time and it cost his team the game. Those I never forget.

A side benefit to all this is I bet Wootton will be active for the rest of the season as opposed to Harrison.

Take the hint old man, retire for good this time.
I would have preferred a compound fracture to his leg, BearsFan. I wanted to see a Joe Theismann-like injury that we would all know would put him out of his misery.

It's whatever at this point. This somehow gives him dignity, going out with his boots on against his arch rivals. Love this snippet i found on ESPN: "I was happy Brett suited up," Peppers said. "I figured it might be the last time I got to see him across the field from me on the opposing sideline. Yeah, I talked to him after the game. I told him it was an honor to play against him. He said, 'Likewise. … Go beat the Packers in a couple of weeks.'"

Well , Brett say hello to Corey Wootton and then just lay there like you can't say good bye or something(O you couldn't). Man i really think Wootton and Wright will be come very good players for our defense in the near future.

Favre looked totally dead after that play.
