Remember, the burden of proof is on HER. A sext and a picture in and of itself is NOT proof of sexual harassment. Especially if that phone contains (or the NFL found), as her friend (the "cooperative") states, any other pictures from her "collection of naked photos from celebrities", which would undermine her entire "I'm so innocent and offended" schtick.

Man, I bet you guys just went ape shit over the slap on the wrist Ray Lewis got with his obstruction of justice (as opposed to MURDER) charge, huh?

Evidence of sexual harassment or not, he didn't cooperate... I compare it a little bit more to Rothlisburger's supposed rape case. This has nothing to do with sexual harassment, it has to do with violating the leagues personal conduct policy. Rothlisburger received a 6 game suspension (later reduced to 4). Those are unpaid games, which ammount to a much greater penalty than a $50,000 fine.

Like I said, the charge isn't rape or sexual harassment, it was for violating their personal conduct policy. Ben wasn't convicted of anything, and neither was favre. This has absolutely nothing to do with rape or sexual harassment. It has everything to do with violating their policy. Not understanding that difference... Awesome!

Ben wasn't punished for anything other than the rape charges as far as I can find, and I don't remember him being punished for any of his other gaffes. Of course the circumstances matter, but Ben wasn't convicted of anything... there was no evidence, and he cooperated. There is evidence of what Favre did, and he refused to cooperate. What equates to a $1 fine for the rest of us, isn't enough.

So yes, I will maintain that they are very similar cases, but very different outcomes...

Favre was not found to have violated the conduct policy. For whatever reason, he was not. He was fined for not cooperating.

Which should be equal to and admission of guilt.
