I think thats pretty damn harsh actually this is how things get done all the time.Do teams release a player before they find his replacement? no they get something better and then take out the trash and dont feel too bad for tony hes gonna make 3 mil next season rather he works or not

What does it matter to Harbaugh if they still have a coach? He's looking out for Harbaugh, not the Dolphins.
Might put some doubt in his mind about the organization, though. Kinda shady.
