Ben got slammed all summer, many speculating he should/woul be traded b/c Pitt was done with him. You get your team to the SB multiple times and you get a bit of a break though.

much like Vick and his problems I think the guy's honest about changing his ways and I'm disgusted at how people will try and find ANY reason to bury a guy.
were no longer a country of "lift people up when they are down"... we're a "burry them cause they're worthless" kind of people.... and that's just sad.
I see this type of shit all the time, from big time celebs to nobody's at the bar who only screw up ONCE in their life but since it's a big fuck up.... nobody is willing to give them a shot at redemtion and end up taking every last little detail of their life and try and blow it up into some major travesty.
the guy had a drink several days before the game. STFU and find something better to bitch about.

I hate rapelisberger, (using hate in a hyperbolic fashion) but he's supposed to be avoiding situations in which he could have a repeat of those past 3 incidents. Seeing how he's with his teammates, I think they've got a hold on him; really, if you were on the verge of something important, wouldn't you make sure your 2nd most important player is in line? If he were out drinking alone, or with just one other teammate (which has happened), I'd completely agree. With that said, I think TMZ is trying to exploit his rapist behavior when drunk by showing him drunk (putting it in your head, ever so slyly "wow, he's back at it") when he's not doing anything wrong, much akin to implying Cutler was okay if he was walking around LA...

Hold the phone...you mean in the two week lull between the AFCC game and the SB, he went out one night with a couple of his teammates to karaoke bar and bought drinks for the whole bar and sang Piano Man? Oh the horror...he has no singing talent whatsoever.

I think he 1x he's a beneficiary, 3x's and he's a part of the reason. He might not an elite qb, but he's a damn good qb, and helps keep his team in position to win.
