    brandon marshall stabbed

well, this was just a matter of time- glad angelo stayed away from this trouble.. and from is wife finally geting back at him for his beatings

    Police: Wife stabbed Brandon Marshall

Dolphins Pro Bowl receiver Brandon Marshall was stabbed by his wife with a kitchen knife Friday in the Miami area, police said Saturday. Marshall was taken to a hospital, where he remained Saturday after surgery, league sources told ESPN NFL Insider Adam Schefter.
Marshall's wife, Michi Nogami-Marshall, 26, was arrested Friday by the Broward County Sheriff's Office on a domestic-violence charge of aggravated battery with a deadly weapon. Bond was set at $7,500 and Nogami-Marshall remained in jail Saturday.
According to the police report, Nogami-Marshall told police she stabbed Marshall out of self-defense.
Brandon Marshall initially told police he slipped and fell onto a broken glass vase, but according to the report, police found no blood or evidence to substantiate that statement and said both Marshall and his wife provided little information.

Marshall, 27, was taken to Broward General Hospital by car and underwent surgery late Friday night for a stab wound to the stomach, sources told Schefter.

No vital organs were pierced in the incident, and doctors have told him that Marshall will be OK in two to three weeks, sources said.

Doctors were expected to discharge Marshall from the hospital Saturday afternoon.
"This is a very difficult time for Brandon and family, thankfully he will make a full recovery," Marshall's agents, Kennard McGuire and Harvey Steinberg, said in a statement. "We simply ask that his privacy is respected."

Dolphins officials say they were told by the league their team doctor is allowed to see Marshall and consult with Marshall's other doctors despite the NFL lockout.

The Dolphins issued a statement saying: "We are aware of the report, and our thoughts are with Brandon at this time. We will look into the matter, but because we are not allowed to have any contact with any of our players we will refrain from making any further comment."
Marshall became engaged to Nogami-Campbell while in Hawaii for the 2009 Pro Bowl.
Weeks after the engagement, according to police, the couple was seen hitting and kicking each other outside Marshall's Atlanta condominium.

Charges of disorderly conduct against Marshall and Nogami-Campbell were dismissed the same day.
On Friday, emergency services were called via 911 after Marshall was stabbed but were turned away when the dispatcher offered a ride to the hospital. Instead, Marshall was taken to the hospital in a car.

According to Broward County Sheriff's public information officer Veda Coleman-Wright, Nogami-Marshall was arrested at the couple's home. Nogami-Marshall did not drive Marshall to the hospital, according to police, but it was not clear who did or who called 911.

Coleman-Wright said no press conferences or further updates are scheduled for Saturday.
The NFL and the NFL Players' Association said through spokesmen they couldn't confirm any details of the situation.

"Sorry. Don't have any info on it," NFL executive Greg Aiello said in an email to ESPN.
Marshall, acquired from the Broncos last April to become Miami's biggest offensive threat, led the Dolphins in receiving yards in 2010 with 1,014 despite missing two games with a hamstring injury.
Marshall signed a four-year deal worth $47.5 million, with $24 million guaranteed, when he joined the Dolphins.

But the offseason headlines didn't stop at his trade and big contract for Marshall last year.
With the NFL's lockout looming even then, Marshall said in August he would attempt to play in the NBA if games were canceled.

"Not pursuing -- I'm going to be on an NBA team," Marshall said. "Seriously."
The NFL lockout entered its 43rd day on Saturday.

"There's not going to be any football," Marshall predicted in August. "If there's a lockout, I have to find a job. I figure the Nuggets will be a better choice because of the welcome home cheer I'll get -- a couple of boos at first. I'm gonna get with a basketball coach and get to work, prepare for the lockout."

A fourth-round draft pick by Denver out of Central Florida in 2006, Marshall was named to the Pro Bowl with the Broncos in 2008 and 2009.

But his top-flight performance was often overshadowed by turbulence in Denver.
Marshall was suspended by the team for the entire 2009 preseason after a series of behaviors detrimental to the team. The final straw came when a Denver television station filmed Marshall walking when his teammates were running, punting a football in protest and swatting away balls during a training-camp passing drill.

Marshall was also one of the instigators of the fight that led to teammate Darrent Williams' shooting death on New Year's Eve in 2006.

And Marshall's history of arrests includes disorderly conduct, drunken driving, and a number of incidents of alleged domestic violence.

Early on Jan. 1, 2007, Broncos cornerback Darrent Williams was shot to death after a New Year's Eve party at a Denver nightclub. The police launched a massive investigation that included multiple interviews with two other Broncos who were at the same club that night. But years would pass before the full story came to light

And I thought my choice in wives was bad. Mine only stabbed my bank accounts, never my body.

I think Brandon Marshall is what some would call a "Bad Seed". Trouble just seems to follow the guy wherever he goes and it's not just a case of bad luck. The guy is a real "Jonah" and I'd stay as far away from his @$$ as I could.

Brandon Marshall's life in perpetual chaos

The Miami Dolphins traded two second-round draft choices for wide receiver Brandon Marshall last year and gave him a four-year, $47.5 million contract extension.

Two days ago, Dolphins general manager Jeff Ireland, speaking about the disadvantage of not having a second-round pick next week, said the exchange was worth the hassle.

"Yeah, you wish you had it, for sure," Ireland said, "but I know I got a great player out of it, too. So last year that was the right thing to do, and I'm glad we got the player."

I wonder if Ireland is rethinking that stance.

Marshall's ongoing off-field drama continued Friday, when his wife allegedly stabbed him in the stomach. Marshall had surgery at Broward General Hospital in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., and was expected to make a full recovery.

His wife, Michi Nogami-Marshall, was arrested for domestic aggravated battery with a deadly weapon -- a kitchen knife. She admitted to the stabbing and claimed it was in self-defense. She was released on bond Saturday afternoon.

Marshall's problems are incredible. He has cheated death at least twice.

Sports Illustrated recently reviewed the murder of Denver Broncos teammate Darrent Williams on New Year's Day, 2007. The in-depth narrative called Marshall the shooter's target and depicted him as an evasive witness.

Much of his issues stem from relationships with women.

An ESPN investigation for "Outside the Lines" in 2009 (video clip below) found Marshall had been involved in seven cases of alleged domestic violence in three states and Puerto Rico. The report featured 911 calls from multiple women, arrest reports and mug shots.

He was arrested for disorderly conduct after a domestic dispute with Nogami-Marshall, then his fiancée, in 2009. The police officer reported seeing them "engaged in a fight, kicking and punching each other." The charges were dismissed.

Thirteen months later, they were married. Marshall said his relationship with Nogami-Marshall, a psychology major at Central Florida, had changed him.

"She is turning my life around," Marshall told Miami Herald writer Michelle Kaufman in April 2010. "I am a very passionate, emotional person, and she is teaching me to channel that. My life is so much calmer now."

Other charges in Marshall's past include assaulting an off-duty police officer while at Central Florida and DUI.

That is a great story. That whole sequence of events took place less than two miles from where I live and I had a chance to follow Willie Clarks trial daily. The guy is a total scum bag and I hope he never sees the outside of a prison until they carry him out in a coffin. The epicenter of the Tre Tre Crips territory is only 1 1/2 miles from here and they are the main distributors of all of the crack cocaine in these neighborhoods.

They're vicious street punks. Little men who hide behind big talk and even bigger guns and that's what they use to elevate themselves above others. They control the neighborhoods through fear and if you cross them you're gonna be the target of a bullet. To them murdering someone is an act with little more effort than taking taking a dump.

When this incident occurred Willie Clark was already suspected of killing another drug dealer and had also ordered the execution of the main witness against him, Kaloniann Clark, in that murder trial. Before his murder of Williams he already had the blood of at least two others on his hands and when he was found guilty in the shooting of Darrent Williams and sentenced to prison for life plus 126 years you know what he did. This "tough guy" cried like a baby and pleaded for mercy from the court. Worthless piece of $hit that he is!!!!

The net result was that a decent young mans life was taken from him that New Years Eve by a worthless coke dealer and all because of Brandon Marshall, his punk ass cousin, and a case of mistaken identity. Yeah Brandon, you think about it every day. Think about it every day and night for the rest of your life because Darrent Williams lies dead because of you're stupdity. You went on to the pro-bowl and bigger and better things with your $40 mil contract but Darrent Williams only went on to a coffin, a tombstone, and a grave in Houston, Texas.

Maybe you're getting what you deserve.
