According to ESPN's Adam Schefter, the Cardinals have picked up running back Chester Taylor, who was released by the Bears on Saturday.
The 32-year-old running back Taylor was pretty much a goner once Marion Barber arrived in Chicago and showed he had some power left in his legs.
Taylor was set to earn a base salary of $1.25 million this season. He earned $7 million last year. Combined with Brandon Manumaleuna, who was released before camp opened, their signing bonuses will count $3.1 million against the salary cap this season.
If as Moose once said Chicago is where WR's come to die, then Arizona must be where RB's go to die, LOL. The only thing I'm happy about is that I'll never have to see him in a Bears uniform again.
I'm getting to that age where a lifetime warranty just doesn't mean as much to me anymore as an afternoon nap.
