I agree w/evernight, a fine and no more. Woodson isn't known for being dirty and will get the benefit of the doubt(which is honestly probably what happened w/the punch.
I guess it's what you get with 2nd year ref and his crew kicking off the season. Probably hesitated to toss him being a DPOY and all and probably reason why he won't be suspended. Should have been ejected yes but can't warrant suspension now because of missed ref call.

Set new pressident, make him sit out the next game from the time he threw the punch; ie punch thrown game 1 3rd qtr 9min's left...you sit out game 2 3rd qtr 9min's left.

Or they can set a new precedent and get some refs that actually know what the fuck they're doing?

As for the punch.......................yawn. Worse goes on every week that isn't caught on camera. It was only obvious when viewed for one camera angle. In a couple of others it looked like he was just pushing him away. So he gets a fine, big deal.

I think a huge fine would be nice and a 1 game suspension. The ref may have missed the call but the cameras didn't. Only Chuck Norris, Tom Brady and Peyton Manning can throw a puch in an NFL game and not get ejected.

Might as well ask a whale to tap dance. About the same chance of that happening.
