Titans sign Wimbley for 5 years 35 million
Titans, Kamerion Wimbley agree to five-year deal | ProFootballTalk
I would have signed Wimbley for 5 years and 35 million in a heart beat.
That is a great price for a player with Wimbleys age [28] and his talent level.

Yeah wonder if Bears were on his visit list but the Titans were probably pretty aggressive after losing out on Manning.

I think there were a lot of people fawning over Phil Emery after he did the trade for Marshall, but I would like to wait until a full off season is complete. So far, I am not complaining about the moves he HAS made, as most of them were either no-brainers (Marshall) or no/low-excitement moves. However, I think there is room for criticism for moves he HAS NOT made. With that said, these guys always have a plan for the whole off-season and not just it's individual parts. They have information and knowledge about potential moves league wide that we do not. Therefore, I am going to be patient.
However, keep in mind, there was some discussion on AM 670 The Score during the B and B show early in FA that Emery was over his head and Lovie was making most of the decisions. Who knows if that is really true, but I must say that it's a little disconcerting and one of the things I feared most in hiring a new GM with an established HC already in place.
The Greatest form of revenge is MASSIVE success.
