Nah, he gets his paychecks from whichever network he works for and the NFL has no direct control over that. They couldn't keep him from that without getting their asses sued for restraint of trade. They can keep him out of the NFL coaching profession or any affiliation with his or any other team but they can't prevent him from working in another field even though they may be somewhat related.
