    MOBILE, Ala. -- Detroit Lions defensive tackle Nick Fairley was arrested early Sunday morning on charges of driving under the influence and attempting to elude police.

    According to a report on Fox10tv.com, the 24-year-old Alabama native was ticketed for reckless driving, no proof of insurance and having an open container. He was released on $1,750 bail.

    It's Fairley's second run-in with the law in less than two months after the university of Alabama product was arrested on April 3 in Mobile for possession of marijuana.

    This goes to show you that the news media in the state of Alabama know jack shit about what they're reporting, because Fairley went to Auburn, not Bama.
