Also, Palmer was basically thrown into the flames last year, and almost made it. The Chiefs' best players all were injured last year, and Jonathon Baldwin figures to make an impact opposite of Bowe, now that he's not getting beat up by TJ. No way in hell am i "giving" them the division, let alone setting them aside as favorites.
You tell'em Henry! All good points.
I'm just going to tune into Broncos games to see who puts him on the meat wagon first. I'm going with the Texans in week 3.
I agree Soul I think he has enough stuff to win some games too. BUT he's not returning to the all the creature comforts he had in IND. In particular, guys who he is very familiar with and has played with a long time. I can understand the excitement that Broncos fans have, but he has a whole new cast of characters to work with up there. I also don't believe he's 100% healthy. I guess we'll see soon enough.
Heck after the cast of post Cutler QB's that have had a meal or two here on their way through town Manning in any capacity will bring some measure of relief. Even the we love Tebow faction can't bitch about this.
I'm getting to that age where a lifetime warranty just doesn't mean as much to me anymore as an afternoon nap.
