Roddy Rips NFLPA
http://www.nfl.com/news/story/09000d...-roger-goodell
Atlanta Falcons wide receiver Roddy White has never been shy about expressing his opinions on Twitter. He wasn't happy about the labor deal when it was initially agreed upon last summer, has been outspoken about former players suing the league, and he wasn't happy with his ranking on NFL Network's "Top 100: Players of 2012."
With players criticizing NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell over the discipline handed down to four current and former members of the New Orleans Saints, White used a Monday afternoon tweet from former NFL executive and player agent Andrew Brandt as a springboard for criticizing the deal the NFL Players Association made with the league.
The following is an unedited stream of tweets from White:
"Don't know why we complaining we did this to ourselves," White wrote. "I applaud roger godell for brokering a hell of a deal and I blame nflpa for failing us...
"Whoever is the head of the baseball union that's who we need to hire they never have problems," White said. "Ok they have had problems but not on the same issues that where [sic] problems before they signed a new cba as a union...the nflpa fixed none of our real problems...Sold us a great dream about how good the deal was I didn't even want to sign that card because I knew the deal we signed was terrible."
And in case you were wondering, no, White is not a Falcons' player representative
Cannot disagree w/him.

Yo Roddy use some of that money for English classes man.
Btw, why didn't you speak up before the deal was consumated? Or speak up immediately after?

He probably did. But that doesn't mean he was in the majority. The unions whole hand was in the the lawsuits and those were not going 100% the way they wanted or expected and they flinched. They should have never disbanded and go to the courts. They should have stayed at the table and said they would sit out if x, y and z weren't met; then said if those were met we would concede a, b and c in money until the economy was restored. They would have won the media wars and all the pressure would have been on the owners.

Well good luck getting Marvin Miller to head the NFLPA Roddy. He's 95 years old now.
He's dissatisfied with his ranking in the NFL's top #100? LMAO!
Roddy; "ya knows. we done got screwed in dem contract nee'gotiashuns. Dat assclown "niggah' DeMaurice Smith he done sole us out dat foo. Oh and by duh way I'se also mighty upset wid dat numbah sixty five player rankin' dey done planted on me. Y'all knows I'se lots bettah dan dat! Dats whut really be pissin' me off heah."
Twenty percent or more of the country either unemployed or woefully under employed making minimum wage and this $8 mil per year asshat is complaining about his union representation and his ego damaging player ranking? What a tool.
And BBPB is right. Roddy use some of that $8 mil on some basic grammar courses before everyone thinks you just a dumb......well you know what. These guys live in a fantasy land half the time. No wonder they end up broke when their playing days are over.

Eh when you have the most popular sport that all of america is watching and you're union comes up w/a bad game plan during it's negotations and doesn't have a backup plan for when it fails....well you have a right to bitch, ecspecially when you have to be part of the union to be part of the league.
He's not complaining about his money, he's complaining about guys like Brees and Vilma bitching about Goodell, and he's right...the union completely shrank away on that issue.
His grammar sucks, but youz gotsta keep it reel or luz ur cred in da hud
