In today's story of replacement refs as Keystone Kops, Philadelphia Eagles running back LeSean McCoy said one official discussed his fantasy football team with him during Sunday's game.
"I'll be honest," McCoy told 94WIP on Monday, "[the replacement officials are] like fans. One of the refs was talking about his fantasy team, like "McCoy, come on, I need you for my fantasy.'"
Technically the official didn't say he needed McCoy for his "fantasy team," just his "fantasy." It could have had a totally different meaning.
