The Packers were jobbed
Two very big plays that literally gave that game to the Seahawks. No denying the calls were horrible, and at the worst possible times.
And the worst part, by my count this is at LEAST the 3rd game turned on the bad calls of the replacement refs.

Majick did step over the line of scrimmage in '89, so it took 23 years for what goes around to finally come around.
That the replay booth let that stand is an even bigger joke than the mis-call itself.
Looked like a clear int to me.
The calls were terrible all night.
But all in all, I'd rather see the Packers at 1-2 than 2-1 so I'll take it & thank the officials for the gift.

It's not a gift. It's a slap in the face to the integrity of the game.

Yeah I've had it with this crap. Every game played with those clowns in their zebra stripes officiating should have and asterisk next to it. It's driving me crazy when someone posts "they're not that bad".
I guess they must not watch as many games or watch them as closely as I do. Even the talking heads in the booth and the pre-game and wrap up shows are saying it. The integrity of the game is suffering and this whole thing just shot any argument the NFL may ever care to make about player safety right in the ass.
Collectively the NFL owners are the biggest bunch of control freaks, bold faced liars and hypocrites in the entire sporting world.
I'm getting to that age where a lifetime warranty just doesn't mean as much to me anymore as an afternoon nap.

Jeez. SHORT-short term memory on the board and elsewhere here. The refs are ALWAYS getting blamed for ruining games, and i mean the full time ones. Everyone focused on this story so early in preseason, that it was GOING to be made an issue, for that very reason. Not saying the new ones are equals, but everyone is blowing this way out of proportion.

Have you ever seen a call this obviously bad?

Yea, you're right. It's no big deal. After all, ref's throwing their hats at players feet causing them to slip/fall, ruling an interception as a touchdown, giving 5 or 6 timeouts to a team, incorrectly spotting balls, not throwing flags when necessary, throwing flags when not necessary, applying NCAAFB rules to an NFL game, are all part of the reasons we love the NFL.
/sarc
And sure... the regular referees are continually ACCUSED of costing a game here and there, and Jimmors addressed that previously. Yes, a team should play well enough were a bad call on a drive isn't the difference between winning and losing. The major difference is that the replacements actually ARE costing games, not drives, with their bad calls.
They gave away, very obviously, at least one TD this weekend. And you think it's an overreaction?
By the way, "simultaneous" possession requires BOTH players to have possession. There is no damn way that the chickenhawk had ANY part of "possession".

The poor poor packers got a call against them. What a bunch of whiners. It is a hail mary and you should not try to catch the ball in the endzone dumbass. lol I will say the replacements are missing calls which they will yet I did see a good call yesterday when 2 players got called for unnecessary roughness which is probably the first time i have ever seen that calll instead of just calling the players that retaliates. The packers put themselves in the position to lose and they choked.

Yes I have seen plenty of bad calls over the years, Calvin Johnson had a td a few years ago against the bears where the officials ruled it incomplete. Berrian had a TD pass vs the lions a year before Calvin Johnson got screwed where it was ruled incomplete. I have seen guys step out of bounds prior to crossing the goal line yet given the TD. Testiverdi was short of the goal line yet he crawled a few inches and got a TD. I have seen an official throw a flag where it hit a player in the face. One of my favorite moments is when an official screwed up a coin toss or an official call a flag with too many men on the field only to have a picture handed to him that were was not too many men on the field. I can go on with the regular officials making big mistakes that cost game yet the media is blowing this out of proportion and nit picking every single mistakes. Even the players are making it worse than what it is really really is by complaining about it.

The CJ catch that wasn't, was not a bad call. By the letter of the law, it was the right call. However, it is a bad rule.
