    My Chicago Bears Afghan Blanket

    My mom hand knitted this for me for my birthday in a couple weeks. I put a football next to it for scale:

    thanks, i thought it came out pretty good. I told her it would be a kickass bday present because a).its the bears, b).she made it instead of buying something in a store, and c).i can hold on to it for some time and be grateful for it.

    My wife tried knitting me a washcloth once. She meant well so I didn't have the heart to tell her that she shouldn't have made a washcloth out of yarn. Plus it curved real bad and was lopsided. Bless her heart. lol

    Well, ill let her know that people here thought it came out pretty awesome. I dont think the NFL would be too happy if she started selling them, but ill see what she thinks about the possibility of maybe making more.
