thats just people hanging around to see if people drop some change
the Meet the staff section under the Misc tab is cool. It lists the moderators twice though in two seperate boxes under different headings.
when i click on the "more" link for smilies it doesn't give me more smilies. just the same ones in a new box.

Hey PB, always been that way, you need to go to the bottom (or top) of that same "box" and hit another link for more smilies.

I think what he's referring to is the groups of smilies...
