Got a note from BDM on FB...
"I'm having trouble posting on Dbs. With the quick reply, and the full reply window I get a gray box where I normally would type. This is happening both on my phone and my comp. I had some trouble the other day with it also. I don't remember if i was using FireFox or ie. My phone is a Droid.
Tommy told me today he was having the same issue.
I would post this in the site bug thread, but I can't get it to let me post anything at all now. I'm not sure if you can resolve this, or if you can put this in the site bug forum so somebody can work on it for me."
Apparently, this is on both phone AND computer?

What I am suspected is the cause.... The scripts that load the reply boxes are remotely loaded off Google. vbulletin does this to help improve loading times of webpages. These scripts are pretty standard, hence why we could have them loaded from M$, Google, Yahoo etc..
I was having this same issue yesterday. I tried everything. I couldn't get it to load either. I tried different browsers, logged in and out, changed the styles back.. Nothing worked. Then all of a sudden it came back. After doing some thinking I remember this remote setting. I left it alone yesterday thinking Google was simply having issues. Obviously they were still having issues.
Why wasn't everyone seeing this? These scripts are downloaded and store on you computer. When your computer reloads them again who knows how you have it set up.
Since the editor box was the only thing affected I'm 99% positive this issue will not happen again since I've set it up so these scripts are loaded directly off this site now.
Thanks for letting me know! Sometimes there are things that people just work around. I'd like to make things easy for others not just the ones who know how to work around an issue.
Hopefully the site is working pretty smooth right now..
If not, I'm not aware of it.. :D

It still works for me so I'm not sure if the boobwaves will help.

I cleaned up the topics a bit and tried to fix the issue, this happened once before too when Ski gets all frontpage content happy.
I will try to check in and keep an eye on it as well.

yeah update your bookmark to dabears.com or dabears.com/forum.php that should fix the issue, browser is pointing to an old file location.
