I don't think it's bitching. Honestly, I hear all the feedback, and I do what I can.

I'm not sure I know how to fix the notifications not disappearing right off the top of my head.

I'll look into it though.

Seriously, I never think it's bitching. I think some people hold onto little things, and do let me know. I do what I can, and I accept the fact that I can't please everyone.

I'm trying to make this place better, and the changes I've made recently are for the better.

I've got more up my sleeve, before I leave for another 6 months..

And this place just keeps getting better.

What people don't see is that Obama is cutting the military, and trying to get more out of the ones he has left. That includes equipment as well.

I can't complain though. Out of 20 years, I'm only at 6 years of sea. Best part is that only includes 2.5 deployments. This next on is going to make that 3.5 total. I think I'm done after this one... Shore duty for me..

I'm actually still on the ship chasing my star... Maybe in June this time...

Good luck on the star. And I take back my comment about the sea counter. Mine said 12 YR 06 MO 03 DA after 23 years.

But then again, 1 non-operational tour during that time will have that effect.

The link to check on "post thanks" under the notifications link takes you to the wrong spot. In fact, I can't find where you can see the post thanks/likes anywhere.

When notifications pop up, click it and it takes you to recent activity. Click the high five tabs and you can see it. That's what I do anyway.

When I click "new posts", new posts from TBS no longer appear.

The code appears to exclude the TBS forums from being part of the "new post" search.
