    Is there a way to track responses to your post or threads you've posted on?

    Like on the CBMB?

    Top right corner click on "SETTINGS"
    Options on the left click on "GENERAL SETTINGS"
    Option is toward the middle: "DEFAULT THREAD SUBSCRIPTION MODE"

    Drop down box options are:
    "Do not subscribe" - will not track anything
    "Through my control panel only" - tracks it on the site so everytime you visit you click "SETTINGS" and it will show you replies to subscribed threads
    "Instantly, using email" - when someone replies you are notified at your registered email address immediately
    "Daily, using email" - queues all responses to your subscribed threads and delivers one email daily
    "Weekly, using email" - queues all responses and delivers weekly report to your email
