Don't just "logout" you have to clear all site cookies, because regardless of if you are logged in or not the site is still using cookie with old links on it which is throwing you that weird page.

Ignore what bear goggles has said, that link is busted, though shows an actual site page. That is a bad addy and no amount of cookie clearing, or remembering me will fix it. Trust me, I've tried every possible combination multiple times.
Do not use www.dabears.com/forum/ you should use this address www.dabears.com/forums.php/ instead. The subtle change makes a world of difference.

Once on that page, if you then click on the forum link at the top right, you get in without having to re enter your password.

If people have the new post page bookmarked like I do, there is no issue. Only if they only have the forums page bookmarked or want to go to it. And seemingly only if they do that with firefox
