How many guys had surgeries ? I don't know .
Some minor (i know the only minor surgery is one that happens to someone else)
Handzus, I think Hossa was pondering back surgery, though he didn't have it. then there is Bickel who was said might need it, not sure if he did or not. Shaw had a broken rib as well
Well be that as it may , the most important thing is to get off to a solid start and the rest will take care of itself - barring any major injuries to key players .
Your 2013 Championship ring
SWEET! Love the 5 trophies on the side. Let's add more!
FYI the colors are off. The purple stuff is ruby red.
Found more shots of it...
How are they gonna fit Hjalmarsson on his.
Maybe just his nickname. Hammer
Hawks win, Hawks win.
Goal, 2 assists and star of the game...... Brandon Saad!!!!!!!
The banner ceremony was awesome.
Losing the night the champs raise their banner. Another curse downed by the Hawks.
That's how many shots we gave up in the first period tonight.
Unfortunately, it's also the number of power play goals we have in 3 PPs tonight.
3. Three. Tree. Points my adopted Hawk has , which leads the team right now!
Well there goes the point streak. But giving up a goal in the last 20 seconds?
At least the power play looked powerful for a change.
Q will be shuffling things up with Rockford here in the early goings. Piri needs to be brought up and I don't see Hayes being around if he can't pick up his game.
First win in carolina since 1998! And it was the 2,500 regular season win for the hawks.
They alomst gave it away again, 2-0 and then giving up 2 in the 3rd going to OT. Won it in the shootout, but shouldn't have gone to OT. They have to get that killer instinct and start finishing these games.
Nice win in Florida but what the hell ids going on with our 3rd period. This is getting ridiculous.
My thought process is this.
The Hawks are so dominant and play so hard in the first two, that they have nothing left in the third.
Good game last night. In case anybody missed it, here's the highlight of the month...
Yup, that's my boy Saad with a sweet pass to Kaner for the goal.
