This is according to ESPN NFL Draft Analyst Todd McShay. It was a great draft. They also said the pick of Alshon Jeffery in 2012 was a "Grand Slam" for Emery, even though Shea was a "Single" ...

All this talk about Shea, I have a feeling he will be no bust, he just needs time. He will improve, too bad for this injury, but we'll see improvement till the end of this season. This was a great draft, I was pleased with it right away, Long and Bostic are first class, we'll see bout others

Ya the two drafts are night and day from eachother. Until Shea can stay healthy and actually get into the 9-10 sack range(imo a bit low) then he's a bust, he went from 4 down DE to 3rd down pass rush specialist, and he can't even do that great(minus 1 game).

We got into that changeover from one coaching staff to the next and McClellin came along for the ride.

I was guessing he was going to replace Urlacher in the long run.

Then the new coaching staff came in and drafted LB's.

McClellin was then put back at DE where at least he got Rodgers.

Where does he fit right now ? Is he Jared Allen ? is he Urlacher ? I dont know.
