Can't recover password.

    I forgot my password and continuously get CAPTCHA message errors and am unable to get past that step. I can't even send a message from the contact us link because of this. I created a new profile with my wife's info so I could get a message through about this.

    It has been like this for months. I just figured they would eventually get it fixed. I have tried this from 3 different browsers. Help please.

    I have resolved BOTH issues, please try to reset your account now..

    same thing happened again.....luckily I saved my email. I thought I changed it. Now I will.

    what exactly happened? You can't see the verification image or you can't change your password?

    I just changed my password no problem. I also just logged in with my new password.

    Please let me know what you are seeing.

    I deleted my inbox....now I'm getting the CAPTCHA or whatever errors again

    Password change worked fine on my wives...maybe I just made a mistake.......still need the CAPCA error thing fixed
