I forgot my password and continuously get CAPTCHA message errors and am unable to get past that step. I can't even send a message from the contact us link because of this. I created a new profile with my wife's info so I could get a message through about this.

hmm... I wonder how long that's been like that..

I have resolved BOTH issues, please try to reset your account now..

Thank you so much for finding this bug. I'm assuming it's been like this since our last restoral?

If you have any more issues please contact me at Rick@dabears.com and I'll see what I can do.

If it worked good on your wives account, it will work on your account.

I reset my password just fine, with no errors. I also checked the "Forgot Password" form, no issues.

Maybe you should clear your cache/cookies in your browser. Sometimes that will cause weird issues.

Let me know what page you are on, and what error you are seeing. I corrected the CAPTCHA issue, and recently tested it. So I'm not able to help you until you try clearing your cache/cookies. Then let me know what you're seeing.
