Unless we get a 1st and a good D player, no
Wtf??? Do we not have enough holes that we wanna trade Forte lol silly talk
I'll believe this when I see it happen. I call oom gallah gallah. :10_2_7:
Why in the world would we trade away a guy whose half the offense without a single player on the roster to take his place? On top of that Indy doesn't even have a 1st round pick! They gave that to Cleveland for Richardson. We sure as hell don't want him so why if Indy has Richardson and they've already invested a 1st round pick in him would they want to go after Forte? If Richardson is worth a #1 then Forte is worth a hell of a lot more than that.
Guys, this is a bogus fake account. Adan Shefter?? Check his twtter and you will see every single tweet is utter BS. All made up!!
I dont doubt the Bears are shopping him. Every team shops their top players to see how the league values them, and if there is an incredibly stupid GM
This is his real twitter account. @AdamSchefter
I do and every team doesn't shop their top players Benji. Who ever said they did? First of all it might be taken wrong by the player and second don't most GMs have enough to do at this time of the year working on real deals and preparing for the draft? I don't think they're sitting around over beer or martini's playing Madden like games asking one another what'll ya' give me for _______________.
It's ridiculous and as dabears pointed out it's coming from a phony twitter account. In the words of Donnie Brasco....."it's a fugazzi".
I know they are two different sports, but it is fairly normal for teams to float their players out to see if there is any interest in baseball. Makes sense if teams do that in all sports as well. A very good way to see how the league views your current player, especially in football where there may be some unreported desire to have a new contract renegotiated. Not all news about players wanting a new deal is made public.
Liar. Its Adann Schefter, Adam's long lost cousin.
