Goodell is probably analyzing Jay's "body language" prior to this play, to make certain he wasn't trying to intentionally take a ref out. :)

Ha! Cutler is just the QB type that I could imagine doing it on purpose. Smoking Jay doesn't give a fuck.

It looked like the ref got his head in the way.

He'd have been fined for sure if it had hit a player in the head (player safety issue ya know). Still, they'll scrutinize Jay's body language carefully to make certain he didn't just "go off" and hit the ref in one of his patented "fits of anger"..........Jay doesn't have J.Webb to kick around anymore, so they fear he may be targeting refs now. I expect we'll see him run over and tie a ref's shoe next week.

Poor sap is missing little J'Marcus.

How long until ESPN starts discussing Cutler's bad leadership crap again?

Heck, the halftime show tonight will feature the "talking heads" discussing how Jay Cutler is "wigging out" because of Urlacher "outing" him this week over not contacting Brian when he was let go. Of course, Urlacher will say "he knew Jay had it in for the refs, and always worried he'd snap like this someday."

Somehow Brian will tie this all in with the Bears dissing him on the contract.
    It's a "conspiracy" ya know :)
