I didn't want the teeth. Just the "I'm going out with the twins" tongue.

Post #32 is rather clear about needing to beat above. 500 teams and the Packers. We have quite a few of them on the schedule.

LOL Yea let's compare Cutler to Flacco. Flacco is 62-30 since he was drafted in '08 and has the best winning percentage of any starting QB in the league since that time. Oh and he's won a SB and played far better than Cutler in the playoffs. Bwahahahaha

Facts. No one likes them. LOL

MrD, Flacco/Eli are very average qb's that play on very above average to great teams. Along the lines of an early Big Ben. Not a lot of glamor and do just enough not to screw it up...but I will agree that come the playoffs they take it to a new level....and Cutler doesn't. Reg reason though....eh I could take or leave Eli or Flac or Ben.

LOL Yea Eli is a 'very average qb.' Gimme a break Ric. That's silly on so many levels. Eli is far more accomplished than most QBs in this league. And he's a top 5 QB. Already proven twice on the big stage that he can roll with the big dogs. And Roethlesberger is a heck of a QB too. You must be popping vicodin or percocets tonight Ric.

A small thing I am wondering about is if Trestman can use some of Jay's tendencies (positive or negative) and turn them into plays that could be baits, feints, or just plays that bear fruit. Put the other team on the horns of a dilemma if they attack Jay the same way as before.

eli is a sub 60% comp qb, barely over 7 ypa, and is just over a 1 for 1 td to to ratio, definitely a top 5 qb, you might be a college expert but you're dead wrong on nfl qb's. Eli has twice been on the verge of being run out of NY, and both times stepped up and won a SB, the first on one of the most fluke plays I have ever seen, b/c of his poor pass. Eli is very averge and is the exact proof that a average qb w/a complete team and a good coach can win the whole thing.
