we all pooled our resources to buy the team, and then ran things our way? You know by committee? I think that would be pretty interesting, as long as Henry didn't blow all of our salary cap space on luring Chad Pennington out of retirement, but he probably would and then we would all kill him. At least, if we owned the team, DavidL could instruct Trestman and Tucker to start CornWash, and Benjamin could force them to to start Shea at LB.

As a future owner of the team, I will reinstate the Honeybears, lots of them, and have them serving drinks in the stands. I get to interview them. ;)

As part owners, would we get to use the weight room at Halas Hall and work out with the guys?

LOL. The team is not worth a billion dollars. Did you go to Chi City public schools by chance? Anyway, I'd be in for 100k or so if it were possible. Only if we could get Chad Pennington and have him play behind an O line consisting of midget wrestlers for the first game though.

LOL I'm the moron? GBlaze you have to be playing a bit? You a close friend of Soul or something? Just b/c you say someone is this or that, doesn't make it reality.

    http://www.forbes.com/sites/mikeozanian/2013/08/14/the-most-valuable-nfl-teams/

"The NFL’s 32 teams are worth, on average, $1.17 billion, 5% more than last year. The Cleveland Browns, a lousy team for years in a midsize market, sold for almost $1 billion last year."

    http://www.forbes.com/teams/chicago-bears/

Forbes disagree's w/you. They have the team value as 1.2 billion, now extend that out to when Virginia actually kicks off and if the Mc's cannnot afford to keep them. What they are valued at then, is not necessarily what they will be sold for...and it won't be lower. Guarantee if V died tomorrow and the team went on sail in the offseason the Bears would easily sell for 1 bil.
