I believe I have set the new bar, feel free to try and beat it. btw, this site is crazy unrealistic. If the team could get the likes of Jernigan in the early 3rd, that would be AWESOME.

If that draft were to happen I would crap my pants and sport a pitched tint until training camp. This site is absurd

Ric, it is absurd, but addictive. Great scores guys but I have to say I like mine better. The scores are based on the sites grade which sometimes escapes reality. I mean really, I got Dee Ford late 2nd rd & got a C, Kareem Martin in the 6th Rd & got a D+ & De'Anthony Thomas in the 7th rd for a C+!. I still can't stop playing though. You can bet if I beat you guys scores I will post it! LOL

Bear, I've done drafts on their where I actually go on the real team needs, not what it says are the team needs(why the hell do the Bears need OLB and OG help; let alone before CB/S?). And the scores are always bad. If you didn't see the old thread before it was deleted it was actually pretty hilarious, a handful of us actually had over 300 picks. I think I grabbed every qb in 280 picks from Fales through Garapollo, and at least 5-10 of just about every "need" position too. The trade backs are just hilarious, b/c no way a team would give you their first and 2nd pick for the 14th, no matter where in the draft they are, and SF isn't giving you 4 picks for the 14th either, let alone their 1st-4th.

But it is fun, I spent at least an hour today playing on it.

Your score is: 3500 (Drafting Ability: C+, Player Quality A, Future Draft Picks: N/A)

    Your Picks:
Round 1 Pick 18 (NYJ): C.J. Mosley, OLB, Alabama (A)
Round 2 Pick 17 (NYJ): DaQuan Jones, DT, Penn State (A-)
Round 3 Pick 5 (NYJ): Bryan Stork, C, Florida State (B)
Round 3 Pick 16 (NYJ): Chris Watt, OG, Notre Dame (A-)
Round 3 Pick 18: Dion Bailey, FS, Dion Bailey, FS, Southern California (A)
Round 4 Pick 17: Aaron Colvin, CB, Oklahoma (A)
Round 5 Pick 14 (NYJ): Ed Stinson, DE, Alabama (B+)
Round 5 Pick 16: Aaron Murray, QB, Georgia (B-)
Round 6 Pick 7: Deion Belue, CB, Alabama (B)
Round 6 Pick 15: Cody Hoffman, WR, Brigham Young (B-)

I like my draft, the reason I went early with Stork and Watt is to ensure Cutler makes it through an entire season, that and we can replace Garza and add depth. As for the defense I figure the bears could make a splash in the free agency one some key defensive guys

no need for FA moves. All the depth needed is from the draft, and resend that Cutler fiasco, no doubt the Bears have at least 2 future starting qb's.
