Glad he is back as well. Good back up and decent if required to start. Eliminates the need to draft a OT, still may if BPA is OT after we get some of the critical defense positions shored up.

I am pleased he is back with the Bears. He has so much experience and can play multiple positions on the line.

#62 has been officially declared an eligible receiver for the 2014 season. May he one day catch a pass and shock the hell out of us all.

Glad to have him back. He showed quality play as both a utility blocker and backup.

I'm glad to have Eben back. He played well for us and was able to step right in when Mills went down in the last game. Eben didn't have a stellar career at Jacksonville but he has been decent for us. I would not have a problem with him stepping in at right guard or tackle. He only got a one year contract, so we may be in the same position next year.

Britton came in a lot as aTE in the heavy packages, he also stepped in when Mills was hurt and we did not seem to miss a beat.

    good signing

J'Marcus Webb is disappointed. He was hoping for just one more chance.

Britton was a former second round pick as he had quite a bit of starting experience both at OT and OG so he's the right guy. I'm not sure why we even kept Scott around last year. I like having Brown and Britton much better.

Britton had a very bad track record of staying healthy. Back problems, and not one that the team trusted him enough to rely on him. If you remember he was pretty rusty last preseason, but I think being back on a team not in a starting capacity really helped him get back into playing shape.

Scott was the most experienced swing tackle, and seemed to be over his knee issues from his play with the Bears in 2012. Not so much...

Brown was active in as many games as Scott was last season.

I guess I couldn't recall that he had injury issues when he came through the door. Anyway he did play himself back into shape and must still be healthy if we brought him back. We didn't seem to lose anything when he replaced Mills. Scott was an expensive insurance policy I was never happy keeping around. I always thought Brown could have handle LT in a pinch and has upside and an OG.
