He went to the Probowl. Yes, a Bears WR who was here before Brandon Marshall went to the Probowl.

It is too bad he is not around anymore. Some people thought he could be really special in the league.

I saw the hit only once. It is the worst injury I have ever seen.

Yeah it was pretty ugly and he lost his lively hood just as he was coming into it.

Yea. Knox (a WR) went to the probowl.

    BUT NOT AS A WR.

He went as a returner. So, what is the point of saying he was a Bears WR who went to th probowl?

Wasn't he an alternate, because someone else couldn't play?

I feel bad for Knox. I was at the game when he got hurt and it was a gruesome thing. But to keep it "real" here, Knox wasn't much of a WR. He was not a good route runner, he killed Cutler some plays by quitting on routes, he wouldn't fight for the ball (letting defenders easily pluck ints), and on top of all of those things, he didn't have the best hands. He would drop passes at the worst times.

He was fast. That was "it" for him, IMHO.

I'm not trying to jump on the guy now that his career is done (I feel bad for the guy), but let's keep it real. He was never that good of a WR. And it's laughable to think of him as a Pro Bowl WR. As some have pointed out, he was an alternate special teams pick for that Pro Bowl (he only had 500 yards receiving that year, so he sure as heck wasn't a Pro Bowl WR).
